The JM Group are working with a Market Leading Global Business and require a Senior IT Manager to lead IT Operations across London and EMEA. The role will be based in central London.
The IT Manager will have overall responsibility for the IT Function across London and European sites, this will include working closely with the leadership team and identifying, proposing and driving projects to improve IT Solutions.
The Senior IT Manager must have the following:
*Significant experience managing IT Infrastructure and Operations in fast paced, complex organisations.
*Experience delivering high quality, customer focused IT services.
*Experience working for large professional services companies, ideally with a partnership structure.
*Proven experience in the design and execution of large scale IT improvement projects
*The ability to challenge the status quo and implement new ideas and processes
*A strong technical background and broad knowledge of IT services and applications.
*Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to balance best practice and pragmatism.
*Excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a high quality team
*Excellent Vendor Management skills and the ability to drive value from these relationships.
*A keen interest in IT and up to date knowledge of current and emergent technologies, processes and practices.
*Strong budget planning and management experience, including managing CAPEX and OPEX
*In-depth knowledge of IT Service provisioning concepts
*Excellent Vendor management skills
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C level executives
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*A 2:1 Degree or higher in a relevant field
*Strong people development and management skills
*Excellent organisational skills
