Advanced Practitioner - Quality Improvement

We are seeking to appoint an Advanced Practitioner - Quality Improvement (Work-based Learning) to join the Group Quality Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
Advanced Practitioners are critical to the continued improvement of teaching, coaching, learning and assessment across the LTE Group. Our intention is to recruit from our very best colleagues so that their expertise and skills can be shared more widely. We are interested in a post holder having apprenticeship-related experience, however whilst this is desirable, it is not essential, and we would encourage applications from non-apprenticeship backgrounds if suitably qualified in other aspects of the role requirements.
Key features of the role
Permanent post with Group Quality Team
Varied role focused on quality improvement and opportunities to maximise impact
Potential progression routes to Head of Department Quality or Group Quality Manager.
Key responsibilities
Supportive, developmental lesson observations and development plans
Reviewing learning coaches' assessment, feedback and target-setting practices through work scrutiny and audit
Supporting impact of IQRs across the Group, helping implement recommendations
Conducting focused learning walks (to evaluate impact of CPD, identify good practice and how best to share, inform peer reviews, help plan for personalised CPD and coaching interventions)
Designing and delivering high-quality CPD programmes
Providing individual and team coaching, e.g. enthusing and contributing to communities of practice
Developing and sharing TLA resources, for example through Staffroom, Moodle, OneFile and other virtual platforms.
