Business Analyst – Rugby - 12 Month Contract

Our client is entering phase 2 of a company-wide transformation project and is looking for your support as a Business Analyst. Working under the direction of the Programme Director, you will act as a Business Change Lead for the Modelling and Analytics workstream, supporting and managing key projects in addition to providing insightful analysis to the wider transformation programme.
So, what’s involved:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing requirements, evaluation of business processes and implementing options for some key business change activities. Combining your experience in modelling and analytics with your experience as a leader you will ensure the business change activities are delivered following organisational standards. Identifying and supporting the implementation of new processes across a wide range of organisational teams such as the finance transition to the new Business Central platform.
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
Ideally, you will be educated to degree level with a professional qualification in Project Management (Such as Prince 2). As an experienced Business Analyst, you’ll already appreciate the importance of getting the most from technology to enable business change. Your awareness of trends in technology in particular roadmap changes to the Microsoft product suite including Dynamics 365, Business Central and SharePoint will be put to great use.
Of course, leading such projects will require exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. We all know change can bring about many challenges, engaging your peers with a positive attitude through this period of significant change will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of this continued transformation programme.
