A new first line support analyst is needed to join an established, successful, international firm based in Cardiff. They have established a fantastic company culture that supports its employees by providing you with ongoing training to develop your skills.
This business is looking for a new service desk technician because a member of their team has been promoted to a more senior position. They pride themselves on developing their team and ensuring their staff are happy and engaged at work.
In this role you will be part of the service desk, managing incoming tickets and providing 1st line desktop support to internal users. You will also be involved in ensuring users are able to use IT equipment properly and perhaps deliver basic training if needed.
This year they have some exciting projects lined up and they are keen to get you involved and working alongside other members of your teams to develop your skills.
As the successful Service Desk Analyst you must have:
* Windows 7
* Microsoft Office 2010
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
* HP Autonomy Document Management System
* Visual Files Case Management System
You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:
* Salary of circa £18,000 - £20,000
