IT Support Analyst
Due to expansion of current services we’re looking for an Service Desk Analyst to come into the business and provide support services to a number of software applications which are used by both internal and external users of the business. You’ll be given the responsibility of picking up problem issues and following through to a resolution, escalating to the appropriate teams where needed. This is a position where you can input ideas, learn from peers and really take responsibility of problem issues that arise.
In order to be successful you’ll need to have some experience in an IT Support environment, whether this be with hardware, software or on a service desk. If you have experience with SQL that’d be a bonus but isn’t needed.
