Role Overview
An experienced IT Support Engineer with strong Microsoft Client and Server operating systems, Office 365 and strong networking skills, is required by an established and growing business based in Cardiff. A salary of up to £40k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.
In this exciting role, you will be providing a variety of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT support for all internal users. You will also take responsibility for maintaining the server operating systems, network infrastructure, switches and firewalls, plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software
The Role
This is a superb opportunity for an IT Systems Administrator who will have:
- Experience of providing 1st 2nd and 3rd line support
- -Experience of VMWare
- Solid networking skills – DNS, DCHP, VLANs etc
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server
- A Microsoft certification would be great – but not a must!
