IT Project Coordinator – Global Software House
This is a great time to get involved in a growing organisation with a range of systems/data integration, product development and implementation projects to get involved in from day one. Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience coordinating similar IT Projects, ideally within an agile environment and will become a primary point of contact for all their customers globally.
Candidates will require strong stakeholder management skills as you will be dealing with stakeholders internally and externally whilst coordinating project management type activities including plans, resources, equipment and information. We are looking for resilient, driven people who can adopt the agile mindset and take a proactive approach to work.
Key Skills and Experience:
** Strong Project Management, PMO or IT Coordinator discipline
** Identifying, tracking and managing project risks, issues, assumptions and inter-dependencies.
** Develop, maintain and monitor the baseline programme plan, ensuring start/end dates and dependencies of work packages are clearly defined.
** Develop communication channels that ensure information is effectively disseminated
** Work with project leaders on a regular basis to monitor key milestones and target dates, to identify and forecast slippages and to ensure accurate planning updates are provided as required
** Agile knowledge or agile product development would be beneficial
** Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
