2nd IT Support Technician
Salary up to £27,000pa basic
An exciting and urgent requirement has arisen for an ambitious and dedicated IT support professional to join a rapidly expanding and market-leading organisation to help support their applications.
The organisation specialises in providing healthcare support and services throughout the UK and have cemented their position as market-leaders through significant acquisitions of organisations. They are embarking on a major phase of transformation as they seek to implement full uniformity of systems and processes on an enterprise-wide scale and are looking to add to their IT Support teams to help deal with application issues for both BAU and ongoing projects. This is where you come in.
Joining as a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the company's repository of software applications through best practices and the appropriate advising of technical teams. You will provide SME support to users and teams to help to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner whilst ensuring minimal impact on business operations. You will be focussed, analytical and an excellent problem-solver as you will be guiding and assisting user groups on issues related to use, maintenance, support and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems. You will be highly personable with a professional problem-solving manner.
This role will be based in the company's Greater Manchester office and comes with a salary up to £27,000pa basic.
