First Line IT Support Helpdesk

Pay Rate £10.00 Per Hour

Provide customer service and technical IT support. To ensure resolution of as many support cases as possible at first point of contact and provide the interface between the IT Service and its customers.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking IT technical assistance over the phone, by email, or in-person
Capture all customer contact, ensuring proper recording, documentation and closure of the support cases raised
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in the resolution of all enquiries in accordance with SLA targets, ensuring that customers are informed throughout
Maintain and grow your knowledge of procedures, products and IT services
Liaise with external technical support providers where problems cannot be resolved in-house
Accurately maintain and update the IT Service’s asset list, particularly in relation to end user devices and equipment
Provide shift cover within current operational hours (08:00 – 18:00, Mon – Fri) across multiple locations
