Interaction Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and user-focused Interaction Designer with 2+ years of experience to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Delivery product development team and act as a strong advocate for users, ensuring that all design solutions enhance usability and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design seamless, user-centric experiences across digital products

Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions

Present design ideas clearly through visual and verbal communication

Iterate on designs based on feedback, insights, and testing results

Conduct usability testing and guerrilla testing to validate and improve experiences

Champion user needs and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience

Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field

Strong understanding of Interaction Design, Usability Design, and Visual Design principles

Experience creating user journeys and interaction flows

Solid knowledge of application design and design thinking approaches

Ability to collaborate effectively in group problem-solving environments

Strong communication and presentation skills
