A growing RF semiconductor company in the Leeds area is looking for an RF Engineer to join them and focus on the development and measurement of GaN-based RF Power Amplifiers.

As an RF Engineer you will have a number of core competencies that include:

• GaN PA Design
• RF circuit design
• PA Characterisation
• RF MeasurementsTo be considered for the RF Engineer position, you must have prior experience as an RF Design Engineer, ideally have experience with GaN or GaAs technology, a strong understanding of power amplifiers, and be happy to be hands-on in a number of areas within a small growing team.
