Business Transformation Programme Manager| £630 per day | 9 Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid - 2 Days in Manchester/ Stoke a week

My client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to manage their business transformation. This will involve replatforming and migrations as well as elements of Business Change. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in the insurance industry.

Duties

  • Mobilise, plan and manage complex programmes, so they are set up for success to achieve clear set of programme outcomes
  • Design and implement a programme governance structure that facilitates data-driven, conscious decision-making
  • Plan programmes to ensure pace of delivery is both ambitious, but also realistic based on resourcing levels and the organisation's capacity to absorb change
  • Build a programme reporting structure to facilitate the efficient roll-up of current, accurate information
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across Programmes, ensuring these are escalated and communicated appropriately
  • Build and nurture relationships with all levels of stakeholder, being confident in getting stakeholder buy in where it might be challenging
  • Foster an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change and partnering with our People function to drive the cultural change
